Deprecated. Use DescribeLoa instead. Gets the LOA-CFA for a connection. The Letter of Authorization - Connecting Facility Assignment (LOA-CFA) is a document that your APN partner or service provider uses when establishing your cross connect to AWS at the colocation facility.
