Overview
Adds an alert feedback submitted by customer.

Parameters
- service_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the service.
- alert_feedback (Optional[String[1]]) — The alert feedback.
- comment (Optional[String[1]]) — Additional comments related to the alert.
- consentedtoshare (Optional[String[1]]) — Indicates if the alert feedback can be shared from product team.
- api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — The version of the API to be used with the client request.
- servicememberid (Optional[String[1]]) — The server Id of the alert.
- createddate (Optional[String[1]]) — The date and time,in UTC,when the alert was created.
- level (Optional[String[1]]) — The alert level which indicates the severity of the alert.
- state (Optional[String[1]]) — The alert state which can be either active or resolved with multiple resolution types.
- shortname (Optional[String[1]]) — The alert short name.
- feedback (Optional[String[1]]) — The feedback for the alert which indicates if the customer likes or dislikes the alert.
