Checks whether the specified user, group, contact, or service principal is a direct or transitive member of the specified group.

value (Optional[String[1]]) — True if the specified user, group, contact, or service principal has either direct or transitive membership in the specified group; otherwise, false.
parameters (Optional[String[1]]) — The check group membership parameters.
