Creates or updates a threat detection policy.

Parameters
- security_alert_policy_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the threat detection policy.
- parameters (Optional[String[1]]) — The server security alert policy.
- api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — The API version to use for the request.
- id (Optional[String[1]]) — Resource ID
- name (Optional[String[1]]) — Resource name.
- resource_group_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the resource group that contains the resource. You can obtain this value from the Azure Resource Manager API or the portal.
- server_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the server.
- subscription_id (Optional[String[1]]) — The subscription ID that identifies an Azure subscription.
- type (Optional[String[1]]) — Resource type.
- properties (Optional[String[1]]) — Resource properties.
