Triggers a ping event to be sent to the webhook.

webhook_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the webhook.
id (Optional[String[1]]) — The event ID.
api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — The client API version.
subscription_id (Optional[String[1]]) — The Microsoft Azure subscription ID.
resource_group_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the resource group to which the container registry belongs.
registry_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the container registry.
