Checks that the cluster name is valid and is not already in use.

location (Optional[String[1]]) — Azure location.
cluster_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the cluster.
error (Optional[String[1]]) — An error response from Kusto.
api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — The API version to use for this operation.
