Adds a simple entity extractor to a version of the application.

app_id (Optional[String[1]]) — The application ID.
version_id (Optional[String[1]]) — The version ID.
model_create_object (Optional[String[1]]) — A model object containing the name for the new simple entity extractor.
name (Optional[String[1]]) — Name of the new entity extractor.
