Gets a list of meters for a given location.

billing_location (Optional[String[1]]) — Azure Location of billable resource
os_type (Optional[String[1]]) — App Service OS type meters used for
subscription_id (Optional[String[1]]) — Your Azure subscription ID. This is a GUID-formatted string (e.g. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000).
api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — API Version
value (Optional[String[1]]) — Collection of resources.
nextlink (Optional[String[1]]) — Link to next page of resources.
