soft_restart (Optional[String[1]]) — Soft restart applies the configuration settings and restarts the app if necessary. Hard restart always restarts and reprovisions the app
synchronous (Optional[String[1]]) — If true then the API will block until the app has been restarted
subscription_id (Optional[String[1]]) — Subscription Id
api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — API Version
