Create a new SyncGroup.

Parameters
- subscription_id (Optional[String[1]]) — The ID of the target subscription.
- storage_sync_service_name (Optional[String[1]]) — Name of Storage Sync Service resource.
- sync_group_name (Optional[String[1]]) — Name of Sync Group resource.
- parameters (Optional[String[1]]) — Sync Group Body
- id (Optional[String[1]]) — Fully qualified resource Id for the resource. Ex - /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/{resourceProviderNamespace}/{resourceType}/{resourceName}
- resource_group_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the resource group. The name is case insensitive.
- api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — The API version to use for this operation.
- name (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the resource
- type (Optional[String[1]]) — The type of the resource. Ex- Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines or Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts.
- properties (Optional[String[1]]) — The parameters used to create the sync group
