Overview
Clones the backup element as a new volume.

Parameters
- resource_group_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The resource group name
- manager_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The manager name
- targetvolumename (Optional[String[1]]) — The name of the new volume which will be created and the backup will be cloned into.
- targetaccesscontrolrecordids (Optional[String[1]]) — The list of path IDs of the access control records to be associated to the new cloned volume.
- backupelement (Optional[String[1]]) — The backup element that is cloned.
- backup_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The backup name.
- backup_element_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The backup element name.
- parameters (Optional[String[1]]) — The clone request object.
- targetdeviceid (Optional[String[1]]) — The path ID of the device which will act as the clone target.
- device_name (Optional[String[1]]) — The device name
- subscription_id (Optional[String[1]]) — The subscription id
- api_version (Optional[String[1]]) — The api version
